As well as providing courses for PGA Professionals to engage in, the PGA also offers other qualifications and certifications, which are applicable to various disciplines within the game.

Director of Golf

Created in response to the demand by our members, the Director of Golf qualification is designed to provide a means of recognition for those who already perform effectively in the role of Director of Golf as well as a framework for acquiring the skills needed for those who aspire to such a role.

ASQ Level 5 Diploma in Golf Club Management

The ASQ Level 5 Diploma in Golf Club Management is a vocationally-related qualification that develops skills and knowledge for aspiring and current golf club managers. It covers both practical and theoretical aspects of golf club management, aiming to equip learners with the competencies needed to lead, manage, and operate a golf club successfully. The diploma is offered through a combination of online and face-to-face workshops, allowing for flexible learning.

PGA Top Up Degree

Since 2021, PGA Members who have successfully completed the Foundation Degree or DipHE qualifications have had the opportunity to work towards a full degree or honours degree.
