What does it take to build a career in France?

Lewis Scott won the first Major of the season at the Stroke Play Championship at Skylark Golf Club, Whiteley.

A field of 36 PGA Professionals taking part in the 36-hole tournament.

Lewis, from Paulton’s Golf Centre and Adam Hickling from Stoneham Golf Club, were tied at 9 under after their two rounds, so a play-off ensured.

It took two visits up the 18th until the pair were separated, with Lewis shooting a birdie to win the play off.

Lewis commented, “I was over the moon to win the Stroke Play Championship for the second time in 3 years, the course was presented wonderfully, with lots of scoring opportunities for us all. It was pretty nip and tuck all day with lots of great players competing. Hopefully I can keep the trophy for another year when we tee it up again in 2023!”
