A former World Number One, Rose is also a five-time Ryder Cup player, winning three times in 2012, 2014 and 2018 and has won more than 20 titles worldwide. The 42-year-old has his sights set on a sixth Ryder Cup appearance following a successful start to 2023, winning his first PGA Tour event since 2019 earlier this year and his recent form has moved the Englishman into the top 30 in the official world rankings.

Commenting on Rose’s announcement, Robert Maxfield, Chief Executive of The PGA, said: “We are looking forward to what will be a hugely popular and entertaining afternoon with one of the greatest British players of the modern era.

“Justin has won at all levels of the game including that historic Olympic Gold in Rio back in 2016. As a former World Number One and Major winner, I’m sure he has plenty of stories to tell about his career in the game.

“The Grosvenor House Hotel in London is a fitting venue once again for our annual PGA Lunch and we look forward to welcoming Justin and all guests in December.”
