Approx time: Six hours (9.30am - 4pm)

Cost: An obligatory £15 donation to the PGA’s Benevolent Fund on booking. Subject to availability, one additional guest ticket may be obtained at no additional fee.

The PGA, alongside several carefully selected Partners, presents an exclusive educational event for PGA Members in management roles at golf venues.

This unique opportunity aims to enhance expertise in people and revenue management, addressing key challenges and capitalising on opportunities within golf club settings.

This one-day event is aimed at those working in or aspiring to work in management and decision-making roles at their golf venues. This conference-style event covers essential topics including people management, customer service excellence, business finance, cost-effective electric vehicle charging solutions, maximising profit in F&B purchasing and business planning for indoor golf technology.

PGA Members are also invited to bring one colleague or club official if they wish at no additional charge.

The event will include presentations on the following topics:
